The Court :- The probate is sought for in respect of a joint Will said to have been left behind on 6th January, 2017 by Madhukant C. Shah and his wife Smt. Amita Shah. Madhukant C. Shah died on 19th June, 2017 while Amita Shah died on 24th June, 2021. The testator was survived by his widow, one daughter and one son as his legal heir/heiresses. The testatrix is survived by the son and daughter as her legal heir/heiress. The heir and the heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
