The Court : This is an application under 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Both parties pray for extension of time for the Arbitrator to publish the award. There are sufficient reasons as to why the Arbitrator was unable to publish the award within the prescribed time period. By consent of the parties, the time to publish the award is extended by a period of one year from the date of the passing of this order. With the aforesaid directions, AP/551/2023 stands disposed of.
