The Court:- None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has prayed for handing over of the goods which were lying at the godown in question. He, on instruction, submits that in the meantime, the petitioner has been evicted from the shed in question pursuant to an order passed under the provisions of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. He submits that the goods which were lying in the shed were also put up for auction and the auction sale has been conducted and the goods have already been disposed of. He further submits that nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition.

Since the writ petitioner is not represented, WPO/821/2025 stands dismissed for default.
