...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the extended period for the learned Arbitrator's mandate is due to expire on 31st August, 2023. Parties have already consented to an extension under Section 29-A(3) of the Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the extension.

It appears that the claimant's arguments are continuing as on date. Since the application has been made during subsistence of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A(4) of the Act, AP/553/2023 is allowed

and disposed of by extending the mandate for a period of four months from today.
