The parties consented to additional six months on and from 12th April, 2023. The present application has been made on 14th August, 2023, presumably by way of abundant caution. Since the application has been made during the subsistence of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator and the respondent is not disputing any of the facts brought to the Court, AP/554/2023 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for three months from 11th October, 2023.
