The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. Parties submit that the matter has been settled out of Court. In light of the same, petitioner does not wish to proceed with the execution application.

Counsel on behalf of the respondent submits that a bank guarantee has been submitted before the Registrar, Original Side by the award-debtor and the same may be released. There is no objection to the same by the petitioner and,

accordingly, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to return the bank guarantee within a period of two weeks from date. EC/250/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
