The petitioner prays for extension of time for making and publishing the award. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 12th November, 2024. The matter has been made CAV.

Considering the substantial progress made in the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the time by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.
