The Court :- Pursuant to issuance of citation no caveat certificate has been issued by the department. The petitioner has also filed with the department the plan referred to in the Will, which was not there in the petition for grant wherein the original Will was annexed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the deceased with his last Will and Testament dated 14th June, 1996 annexed thereto is granted in favour of the petitioner in terms of prayer (d) by treating the plan to be a part of the Will.

The application for grant of Letters of Administration being PLA 457 of 2021 is disposed of.
