The matters are arising out of several orders passed by the Registrar, Original Side in reference. The appeals are from such orders passed by the Registrar, Original Side.

Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent/award-holder in the appeals has raised the preliminary point of maintainability of the appeals, which he shall have to argue first before addressing on merit of the appeals.

On the prayer of Mr. Krishnaraj Thaker, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant/award-debtor, subject to the maintainability of the appeals, as raised by Mr. Chowdhury, the appellant shall be permitted to file informal paper books for the convenience of this Court on or before June 12, 2026. The maintainability point shall be heard first on the next day. The matters shall appear under the heading "New Chamber Application (Specially Assigned)" on July 7, 2026. The point of condonation of delay in respect of IA No. GACOM/5/2026 is also kept open. The Registrar, Original Side shall have to consider the record in the meantime and find out whether the matters are related to commercial division and if so, then the matters shall be renumbered accordingly and a report shall be filed on the next day.
