The Court : This is an application for extending the time limit for filing inventory and accounts after grant of probate on 31st January, 2019. Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the executor is presently employed in Helsinki, Finland. Due to such employment he could not file the inventory and accounts within the stipulated period. He seeks for extension of time period in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons.

In view of such submission and the averments made in paragraph 4 of the application, the time to file inventory and accounts is extended by eight weeks.
