The Court : This is an application for execution of decree dated 22 February, 2021. The judgment debtor is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the demand draft for Rs. 4,60,000/- has been forwarded to the award-holder. In view of the aforesaid and subject to encashment and also in view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the decree dated 26 February, 2021 has been satisfied.

Accordingly, EC 388 of 2021 stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
