The Court : An objection is raised by the judgment debtors, that this application ought to have been filed before the Commercial Division of this Court. The decree-holder fairly submits that they will take steps to file an execution petition afresh before the Commercial Division of this Court. In view of the aforesaid, EC 389 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award and file proceeding afresh before the appropriate division of this Court. Interim orders which have been subsisting in this application will continue for a period of two weeks from date. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
