The Court :- This is an application for correction and/or rectification and/or amendment of the address in cause title including back sheets and the date of the Will and Testament in certain places in the application being PLA No. 461 of 2021.

Ms. Ranjana Seal, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there has been inadvertent error in stating the address of the deceased in certain places in the application and the back sheets. There is also mistaken in the date of Will and Testament. She seeks for orders in terms of prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Master's Summons.

In view of such submissions and the averments made in the application, let there be order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons.

The Department is directed to carry out the amendments within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. IA No. GA/1/2024 in PLA No. 461 of 2021 stands disposed of. (BIVAS PATTANAYAK, J.) snn.
