The Court : In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the parties, the matter is taken up for hearing.

This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is submitted that the mandate of the Arbitrator is due to expire on 31 August, 2023 and the time to conclude the arbitration proceeding and publish the award be extended by a period of one year. By consent of the parties, the time to publish the award is extended for a year from the date of the passing of this order. With the aforesaid directions, AP/568/2023 stands disposed of.
