Mr. Chakraborty, Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners very fairly submits that without going into the merits of the issues involved in this writ petition, it can be disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to intimate the petitioners the relevant documents which are required to be produced by the petitioners within a specified time in pursuance of the department's own letter dated 7th February, 2020, annexed to the writ petition.

Such intimation should be sent by the department to the petitioners within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to mention, if the petitioners comply with the intimation to be issued by the respondent concerned, the respondent authority concerned shall take a final decision on the matter within a reasonable time, preferably, within four weeks from the date of compliance of such intimation. With these observations and directions, this writ petition being WPO No. 2364 of 2022 is disposed of.
