1. Despite service none appears on behalf of the respondents.

2. Protection has already been given to the petitioner in respect of the unsecured loan which allegedly was not repaid in terms of the agreement. The petitioner submits that steps for invocation of the arbitration clause has already been taken and an application for appointment of an Arbitrator is pending before the Court.

3. Under such circumstances, the interim order which was already passed on January 6, 2025 is made absolute.

4. The respondents and/or their men and agents are restrained from withdrawing any money from the Bank Accounts described in Annexure - I to the application without keeping aside an amount of Rs. 52,83,492/-.
