...for the respondent The Court: The present applications are for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A(4) of the 1996 Act. The mandate under Section 29-A(1) ended on 22nd February, 2023 and the parties consented to an extension of six months under Section 29-A(3) which ended on 22nd August, 2023. The present applications were filed on 17/18/21 August, 2023.

Since the applications were filed during subsistence of the mandate and the respondent does not oppose further extension of the mandate together with
