The Court: The present anxiety of the petitioners, as expressed through learned counsel, is that the petitioners may not be allowed to be represented through a lawyer in the hearing scheduled for 9th September, 2022.

The anxiety is addressed by learned counsel appearing for the State who submits that the parties will be allowed to be represented through lawyers.

The notice dated 26th August, 2022, which is a show-cause notice under Section 20 of the West Bengal Fire Services Act, 1950 for suspension of fire licence, is kept on record.

Since nothing further remains of the matter, WPO/2367/2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
