The petitioner prays for extension of time for making and publishing the award. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 7th November, 2024. The matter is at the stage of arguments. Considering the substantial progress made in the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the time by a further period of six months from the date of
