...for the respondent The Court: This is an application made by the borrower for release of the vehicle bearing Registration No. WB-19K 2793 in favour of the borrower. It is the case of the petitioner herein that the vehicle has been seized by the financier respondent in an illegal manner. It appears from the records that a Section 17 application is pending before the Arbitrator.
