The Court: It is submitted by Mr. Sinha appearing on behalf of the decreeholder that the decree-holder does not want to proceed with this execution application and prays for leave to withdraw this execution application. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree-holder, EC 659 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award dated 30 May 2018 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. The warrants of arrest issued in terms of the earlier orders of Court stand discharged.
