...for the respondent The Court: Mr. Sabyasachi Chaudhury, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the awarded amount inclusive of interest comes to around Rs.1.26 crores. He, accordingly, submits that he is willing to make the cash deposit before the Registrar, Original Side for stay of the award. In light of the above, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1.26 crores with the Registrar, Original Side within a period of four weeks from date.

Upon receipt of the said deposit, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to keep the same in an interest bearing fixed deposit. If the said condition is fulfilled, the award dated 30th December, 2021 shall remain stayed till the disposal of the Section 34 application.

AP/542/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
