...for the respondent The Court: Affidavit of service is taken on record. This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner prays for extension of time to allow the learned Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal expired on 15th November, 2024. It is also submitted that witness action is going on. Considering the submissions and the progress made in the arbitration proceeding, this Court extends the time to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to

make and publish the award within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitral Tribunal. AP-COM/939/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of. As no affidavits have been called for, allegations against the respondent are deemed to be denied.
