The Court: This is an execution application wherein the plaintiff is praying for appointment of a Special Officer for execution of the Deed of Conveyance in favour of the petitioner in terms of the decree dated 6th April, 2021 passed in CS 215 of 2019.

I have heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and both the parties are agreeable to prayer (a) of the tabular statement being granted. Accordingly, let there be order in terms of prayer (a) of the tabular statement.

The parties have also agreed that the Special Officer to be appointed may be the Advocate-on-Record of the plaintiff. Accordingly, Mr. Bajrang Manot,

Advocate is appointed as the Special Officer to carry out the conveyance and registration of the same in terms of the decree passed in CS 215 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from date. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Special Officer appointed as his remuneration. EC/392/2021 is accordingly disposed of.
