THE COURT: Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is unable to furnish personal bond of Rs.4 lac with one surety due to financial stringencies. After considering the submission of the Counsel, petitioner is directed to submit a personal bond of Rs.2 lac with one surety instead of Rs.4 lac with one surety.

The order dated May 3, 2024 is modified to that extent. IA-GA/1/2024 is thus disposed of.
