...for the respondent The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Counsel on behalf of the parties have handed over a minutes of the meeting recorded between the parties wherein a settlement has been reached between the parties.

In light of the same, the West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5.5 crores to Mark Hotels and Resorts Private Limited within a period of four weeks from date. Upon such payment being made, Mark Hotels and Resorts Private Limited shall immediately hand

over the possession of the property free from all encumbrances within two days from the date of receipt of the payment.
