The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 26th January, 2023 left behind by the above named deceased.

The mother of the deceased predeceased him. The widow is the executrix. The daughters have consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness. Probate is granted to the executrix in terms of prayer (a) excluding the assets which are situated outside the State of West Bengal and valuation whereof is more than Rs.10,000/-.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
