The Court :- The only daughter and the heiress in intestacy of the deceased is the applicant in this application for issuance of letters of administration to the properties and the credits of the deceased abovenamed. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
