The Court:- The State has filed the application seeking modification of the order dated 27th April, 2022. The State seeks extension of time to complete investigation. This Court has heard Counsel for the parties. The writ petitioners have filed an affidavit indicating terms of settlement entered into with the Yes Bank Ltd.

Mr. Debdutta Sen, learned Counsel appearing for the Yes Bank Ltd., confirms such settlement and hands over pay orders bearing nos. No. 665290 for a sum of Rs. 7,50,000/-, No. 751135 for a sum of Rs. 15,62,818.16 p., No. 751134 for a sum of Rs. 97,81,001.86 p., No. 751133 for a sum of Rs. 55, 00,000/-, No. 751132 for a sum of Rs. 8,33,527.40 p. and No. 751131 for a sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- drawn in favour of Yes Bank Ltd. The said pay orders are in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties. Counsel for the writ petitioner accepts the same. In view of the above, the Rabindra Sarobar Police Station is directed to stop further investigation in respect of the FIR in question. The FIR shall be deemed to have been closed under orders of this Court and the same shall be recorded in the case diary. The parties may file a copy of this order to the jurisdictional Magistrate.

IA, GA 1 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above, CC No. 48 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of. Rule if any shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.) s.chandra
