...for the respondent The Court: This an application for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A(4) of the 1996 Act. The mandate will admittedly be terminated on 17th September, 2023 in terms of an order passed by a Coordinate Bench on 18th May, 2023 when the mandate was extended for four months from that date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the extension and the parties are also at an advanced stage of the arbitration.
