The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. The parties are represented and consent to the extension of time for the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion. The learned Arbitrator shall be entitled to a further consolidated remuneration in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
