1. The Court: In respect of APO/90/2025, arising out of EC/231/2021, it is submitted by Mr. Thakkar that the execution case was filed before a Bench that was not a designated commercial Court.

2. Since the appellant itself submits that the execution case was filed before a Court exercising ordinary original civil jurisdiction, EC/231/2021 shall stand dismissed.

3. If the applicant in EC/231/2021 has remedies left in law, it may pursue the same accordingly.
