The Court: Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor no. 1 submits that pursuant to the order dated January 17, 2025, 8000 shares have been bought back. In fact, it is submitted that more than 8000 shares have been bought back.

A list of the said shares is handed over in Court today and a copy thereof is handed over to learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. A copy thereof is also retained on record.

Upon perusing the same, the Court is of the opinion that the alleged contempt, if any, has been purged. The alleged contemnor no. 1 shall retain the

said 8000 bought-back shares along with the other shares which are the subject matter of AP-COM/814/2024, subject to further orders being passed in AP-COM/814/2024.

In view of the above, there is no use keeping the contempt application pending. Accordingly, CC-COM/16/2024 is disposed of in the light of the above observations.

Needless to say, the Court does not find any role to play of the other alleged contemnors than alleged contemnor no. 1 in the context of the allegations of contempt.
