The plaintiff has initiated the present contempt application for violation of the order passed by this Court dated 30th September, 2024. It is submitted that subsequently, the defendant had complied with the order passed by this Court dated 30th September, 2024 and accordingly,

the suit filed by the plaintiff being IP-COM/33/2024 is decreed in terms of prayer (a) as per the undertaking filed by the alleged contemnor. In view of the above, this Court finds that nothing remains in the contempt application and accordingly, CC-COM/17/2024 is disposed of. Rule, if any, issued is recalled.
