The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of deceased, namely, Nisha Banka. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died on 15th December, 2020 leaving behind her husband, namely, Shashank Banka, married daughter, namely, Diksha Goel and one son, namely, Rishabh Banka. The petitioner before this Court is the husband of the deceased. Both the legal heirs have filed their affidavit of consent stating that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate of the deceased, namely, Nisha Banka to the petitioner.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the affidavit of consent of the legal heirs. The department is directed to issue Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased, Nisha Banka, with effect throughout the

Union of India by furnishing the personal bond executed by the petitioner in the form of undertaking to re-imburse the estate to the extent of Rs.4,17,98,796.64/- in case of any loss to the estate caused by the petitioner without the necessity of security to back it i.e. the cash fixed deposit etc. PLA/332/2023 is disposed of.
