The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 9th April, 2017 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. All the present heirs/heiresses in intestacy pursuant to the death of one of the sons of the testator having been impleaded as parties along with the other son have consented in favour of the grant. The Will has been proved in common form.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
