...for the respondent The Court: This Court vide Judgment dated 19th December, 2025 had appointed Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly, Advocate as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The learned Arbitrator vide letter dated 8th January, 2026 indicated conflict of interest as the reason for not being able to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

With the consent of the parties, the Judgment dated 19th December, 2025 is modified to the extent that Mr. Priyankar Shaha, Advocate (Mob. No.9830015091) is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

With the above direction, the present application is allowed. The Judgment dated 19th December, 2025 is modified to the above extent. (GAURANG KANTH, J.) S. A.
