Mr. Udaynarayan Betal, Advocate The Court :- The widow of the deceased is the executrix and the applicant for the grant of probate of the last Will and Testament left behind by the deceased on 29th November, 2013. The son and the daughter being the other legal heir/heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
