In such circumstances, time to file reply before the NCLT is extended till December 15, 2025, as prayed for.
NCLT is requested to dispose of the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
Parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps inconsonance with the directions contained in this order before the NCLT. The Court is informed that, there are two sets of proceedings pending, namely, under Section 7 and 95 of IBC. The directions contained herein will govern both the proceedings.
APOT/314/2025 along with IA No. GA-COM/1/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn.
