The Court : - Report filed by the Officer-in-Charge of Muchipara Police Station is taken on record. It primarily records that the keys of the premises in question had been handed over by the respondent authorities to the petitioner. On 12.10.2023 it was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the keys of the premises in question have, in fact, been handed over by the respondent authorities to the petitioner. However, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner today. As the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, there remains nothing more to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of without any further order.
