...for the respondent The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It appears that a payment of Rs.18 lakhs still remains pending on account of interest from 17th August, 2021 till 1st August, 2022. The calculation of the same comes to around Rs.18 lakhs. Accordingly, the respondent company/award-debtor is directed to make the payment of Rs.18 lakhs within a period of four weeks from date. In the event the payment is made, it shall amount to satisfaction of the award.

EC/259/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
