The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd August, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

Out of the three sons of the deceased being heirs in intestacy, one of the sons is the executor and applicant for the grant of probate. The other two sons have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
