...For the respondents The Court:- This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner prays for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the Arbitrator expired on November, 21, 2023. Parties are before this Court and both submit that the matter is at the stage of arguments. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of 12 months to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish its award within the extended period. Accordingly, AP-COM/957/2024 is disposed of.
