The heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant in favour of the applicant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to furnishing a personal bond for the sum of Rs.27 lakhs with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of accordingly.
