The Court :- After considering the affidavit filed by the applicant in this application for letters of administration with the last Will and Testament dated 7th March, 2002 and the averments made to the application, letters of administration is granted.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
