The Court: The parties say that this is the first application for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate under Section 29-A of the 1996 Act. The parties also agree that the time to make the Award under Section 29-A(3) after extension of six months was 28th August, 2023. The application was filed on that date itself.

The Court is informed that the respondents at present are making their arguments.
