...for the respondent The Court: The petitioner has preferred the present application under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking stay of the award dated 9th December, 2012.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed a Section 34 application being AP/237/2013. The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,72,27,405/- by way of cash deposit with the Registrar, Original Side in an interest bearing FDR to be maintained with a nationalized bank, within a period of four weeks.

Subject to the petitioner's compliance with the above direction, there shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned award dated 9th December, 2012.

In the event the petitioner fails to abide by the directions passed by the Court, the interim order shall stand vacated. Accordingly, AP-COM/921/2025 stands disposed of. (GAURANG KANTH, J.) S.Mandi AR(CR)
