The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. In the Section 36 application bearing AP/576/2022 I have perused the award and upon consideration I am of the view that the petitioner should make a cash deposit of the sum of Rs.18,97,780/- before the Registrar, Original Side within a period of three weeks from date. Upon depositing of the said amount the Registrar, Original Side is directed to put the sum into an interest bearing fixed deposit.

In light of the same, AP/576/2022 is disposed of. In the event the payment is made within three weeks the interim order passed on 9th January, 2023 shall stand vacated.

The application for Condonation of Delay being IA No.GA/1/2023 is allowed.
