By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the NFAC (National Faceless Assessment Centre) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question which has been filed on 4th February, 2017 as appears from page 21 of the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPO 1559 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent NFAC concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order.
