On the last occasion, this Court had observed that instead of multiplying references, the claims of the petitioner could be incorporated in the reference which is pending before a learned retired Judge of this Court between the same parties. These disputes were preexisting. Both parties have given their consent that the claims arising out of the invocation which gave rise to filing of this application, shall be

incorporated by way of an amendment in the statement of claim in the pending arbitration proceeding.

2. Under such circumstances, the application is disposed of, granting liberty to the parties to take steps in accordance with law. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) B.Pal
